Jakub focuses his practice on M&A, corporate, IT and project finance.

He also has extensive experience in drafting commercial contracts, advising investors and start-ups and related negotiations.

During his legal practice, he has worked in leading Prague and international law firms, including management positions, advising corporate and private clients.

He is fluent in English.
