Daniela has been working in the field of mobility, immigration, and residence law for approximately 20 years.

She is the founder of the immigration consultancy practice www.muradvisa.cz. Previously, she worked for over 14 years as a Senior Immigration Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Czech Republic and later at Vialto Partners Czech Republic. In addition to client practice, she also lectures on the topic "Employment of foreigners" for both professionals and the general public, including at 1. VOX.

After studying at the Faculty of Law at Charles University, she worked at the Ministry of the Interior, where, as part of the Department for Asylum and Migration Policy (Schengen Cooperation Unit), she was responsible for visa policy. In this role, Daniela represented the Czech Republic in the VISA working group at the Council of the EU in Brussels. During the Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2009, she co-chaired this VISA working group.

During her law studies at Charles University, she focused on European and asylum law. She applied this interest in practice while working with the Organization for Aid to Refugees. She further deepened her knowledge of European law during a one-year exchange program at the University of Limerick in Ireland.
